Cancellation Policy
I know your time is valuable, mine is too. Your appointment is a time that has been set aside exclusively for you. However, I understand that unplanned issues and emergencies may come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. In the event that you are unable to make your appointment I respectfully ask that you contact me at the earliest opportunity. Please note that 24 hours notice is required, so I can offer your appointment to someone else.
You can cancel your appointment by contacting me by email hello@annabeltindale.com or phone, text or WhatsApp on 07834828370 during the following hours: Mon to Thurs 8am to 8pm and Friday 8am to 6pm.
Outside of these hours you can leave an answerphone message, drop me an email, text or WhatsApp but please do not expect a reply!
The following cancellation charges apply:
Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice - No charge.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice - 50% of the appointment fee required before re-booking.
Not showing up for your booked appointment - Full cost of the appointment fee required before re-booking.
Late arrivals will be charged the full appointment fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may have a shorter appointment if the practitioner has time or it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
