Cancellation Policy

I know your time is valuable, mine is too. Your appointment is a time that has been set aside exclusively for you. However, I understand that unplanned issues may come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. In the event that you are unable to make your appointment I respectfully ask that you contact me at the earliest opportunity, please note that 48 hours notice is preferable and 24 hours notice essential, so I can offer your appointment to someone else.

You can cancel your appointment by contacting me by phone or text on 07834 828 370 during the following hours: Mon to Thurs 8am to 8pm & Friday 8am to 6pm

Outside of these hours answerphone, WhatsApp or text is available (but please do not expect a reply).

The following cancellation charges apply:

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice - No charge

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice - 50% of the appointment fee

Not showing up for your booked appointment - Full cost of appointment

Late arrivals will be charged the full appointment fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment and the full cancellation fee will be charged.
